For more than six decades, we have been serving the finest
Mediterranean cuisine by the sea. At Kayuko, we carefully select
fresh fish, seafood, and local produce every day to create rice
dishes, fideuàs, and specialties that are part of Gandía’s
culinary heritage.

 

A Family Tradition by the Mediterranean

Since 1958, Kayuko has been a gastronomic landmark on Gandía
Beach. What began as a family venture has grown into one of the
area’s most renowned seafood restaurants, while preserving the
passion for fresh ingredients and Mediterranean cuisine that has
defined us from the very beginning.

Generation after generation, we remain committed to quality,
hospitality, and respect for traditional Valencian recipes.
Every dish reflects our essence: fresh seafood, fish, rice
dishes, and fideuàs prepared with the same care and dedication
that have accompanied us for more than 65 years.
